An associate counsel with MacKenzie Fujisawa, Rob Wynick has a general corporate/commercial law practice with particular emphasis on the purchase and sale of businesses, real estate development and construction law.

Rob’s area of focus includes acting on behalf of clients in connection with their investments and business acquisitions in British Columbia and other jurisdictions within Canada. The transactions involve both share and asset acquisitions and typically involve the completion of a full range of due diligence searches and the negotiation of formal purchase agreements, ongoing management and employment agreements, and non-competition covenants.

These projects involve acting on acquiring project lands and financing development costs; negotiating and documenting the ownership, management and other arrangements among the parties undertaking the development; negotiating and satisfying all regulatory subdivision requirements; preparing disclosure statements and satisfying all other regulatory requirements relating to the marketing of the development units; and acting on the sale or lease of the development units.
