Julia Wang is a solicitor with a growing practice in corporate commercial law. She advises clients on a range of transactional matters, including corporate reorganizations, share and asset acquisitions, and corporate governance. Julia takes a practical, business-minded approach to her work, focusing on clear communication and tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals.

Julia earned her Juris Doctor with a Business Law Concentration at UBC’s Peter A. Allard School of Law, where she participated in the Business Law Clinic assisting small businesses and non-profit organizations with incorporation, governance, and contract matters. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Toronto.

Active in the legal community, Julia serves on the Board of Directors of both the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP) and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (British Columbia).

She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
