BRIANNA DARWIN

Brianna graduated from law school in England at the University of Kent in the summer of 2023. She developed a passion for civil litigation while spending her summers working in law firms in both Ottawa and Vancouver.

Throughout law school, Brianna actively participated in the school’s law clinic, working alongside experienced lawyers on pro bono cases.

Following graduation, Brianna made significant contributions to the legal discourse by publishing an academic article titled “The Canadian Residential School System: An International Law Failure.”

In addition to her professional pursuits, Brianna has dedicated the past five years to mentoring and educating future legal professionals. She has been working part-time as a specialized tutor for students in both law school and law clerk programs.

JULIA WANG

Julia completed her Juris Doctor with a Business Law Concentration at the Peter A. Allard School of Law. Julia participated in the Business Law Clinic, where she assisted small businesses and non-profit organizations with incorporation and contract drafting. Prior to law, Julia received her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Toronto.

As a law student, Julia served as the Executive Director of the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP) and as the Vice President of External Affairs of the UBC Law Students’ Society (LSS). Julia continues to contribute to LSLAP as a board member and volunteers with the Membership Committee of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers - BC Branch (FACL BC).

Outside of the office, Julia enjoys exploring new cafes, ice skating, and traveling.
