John is a civil and commercial litigator, primarily acting for insurers as coverage, subrogation and defence counsel. Both inside and outside of insurance , John's practice consists of defending and prosecuting claims for property damage, business interruption loss, product liability, professional negligence, conflict of laws issues, shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, and wills and estate litigation.
John regularly appears as counsel in all levels of court in B.C., as well as appearing in Federal Court.
John is an avid sailor and backcountry enthusiast. In the quieter moments, he can be found at home experimenting with new recipes.
