Emily Dvorak is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. She joined MacKenzie Fujisawa as a summer student in 2017 before returning to complete her articles. During her articles, Emily appeared with counsel in the firm on judge alone trials, jury trials and complicated and lengthy contested chambers applications in the Supreme Court of BC. She also appeared with counsel on appeals in the BC Court of Appeal and trials and judicial reviews in the Federal Court.
Emily practises general civil litigation and is focussing on cases concerning administrative, constitutional, and environmental law, as well as First Nations and commercial leasing matters.
